About us

Riad Mahmoud Establishment _ New Company for Trading and Contracting group (RM-NCTC) is a “Class1” qualified contracting group that is officially registered in the Lebanese Government since 1985. It has branches in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Germany. RM-NCTC group is proud to record in its archive a big number of important executed construction projects including:

Concrete Structures: RM-NCTC group has executed so many concrete structures for different services. Such structures include residence buildings, schools, hotels, and hospitals. RM-NCTC group is always updated with the most recent techniques in construction. We have the experience of working with pre-cast structures, post-tension structures, and tunnel technique in construction.

Road Construction: RM-NCTC group is professional in executing road construction. Our group is proud to execute the most important road projects in Lebanon. It has also the experience of road construction in Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

Drainage System and Sewer System Construction: RM-NCTC has taken many projects involving underground drainage system. It has also the experience on constructing sewer system networks. In addition to this, RM-NCTC has constructed a big number of water storage tanks.

History

In 1980, Riad Mahmoud Establishment started its construction work in reclaiming agricultural lands in the “Mashrooa Al- Akhdar”.

In 1984, the establishment worked on road construction as a partner with the Modern Road Company on the Abdi-Halba road, a project that was given by the “Majlis Al-Inmaa wal Imar”.

In 1985, Riad Mahmoud Establishment was officially registered in the government as an independent establishment capable of executing big construction projects.

In 1990, it was qualified as “Class1” in both Road Construction and Building Construction. This qualification was given to the establishment by the Ministry of General Construction and Transportation.

Since 1990, the establishment has been executing very big projects. These projects include road construction and utility, concrete structures, underground drainage system, water storage tanks, sewer pipes and manholes and others. Administration

Riad Mahmoud Establishment has many offices in Lebanon. The headquarter is in Beirut. Another office is in Tripoli and a third office is in Halba, north Lebanon.
Outside Lebanon, the establishment has an office in Hael, Saudi Arabia, and another office in , Germany.

In addition to its investments in Lebanon, Riad Mahmoud Establishment has investments in other countries such as Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
